Who operates what
SubscriptionTracker.eu is operated by Innopulse Consulting GmbH, Gotthardstrasse 30, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (UID CHE-219.727.921).
The same company operates SubTracker.io, a subscription-tracking product that appears in the comparisons on this site. It is not a partner, an affiliate or an advertiser. It is ours.
Innopulse also operates two sister sites in the same subject area: mysubscriptioncost.eu (what subscriptions cost) and howtocancel.eu (how to cancel them). We link between them where it helps a reader finish a task, and we say who owns them here rather than leaving you to work it out.
What we used to say
Until August 2026 this site stated that it was “not affiliated with any subscription tracking app” and that our reviews were independent. That was false while we were also operating SubTracker, and it should never have been published. It has been removed everywhere it appeared, including the imprint, the About page and the homepage FAQ.
We also removed a star rating from this site’s structured data that reported a 5.0 average from a single review of our own product. That existed to produce stars in search results. It was not real user-review data and it is gone.
Two further corrections in the same pass: our schema advertised SubTracker prices of €3.99 and €29.99 that do not exist, and much of this site described SubTracker as “EU-hosted”. Its database is in London, United Kingdom. Both are fixed.
How we handle the conflict
- Weights before results. The eight scoring criteria and their weights are published on the methodology page and applied identically to every product.
- Scores are computed, not chosen. There is no field in our codebase where an editor writes a final score.
- Disclosure at the point of evaluation. Wherever SubTracker is scored, ranked or compared, a notice appears next to the evaluation — not only in the footer.
- We do not remove ourselves from the table. Quietly dropping SubTracker from comparisons would look more neutral and tell you less.
On the current model SubTracker ranks #3 of 9 fully documented products. We are not going to pretend that is a marketing win. It is what the criteria produce, and publishing it is the only thing that makes the other scores worth reading.
What we earn from this site
We run no affiliate links and no display advertising, and we have no paid arrangement with any vendor mentioned here. The commercial purpose of this site is that some readers will try SubTracker. Links to SubTracker carry UTM parameters so we can measure that. They contain no personal information about you.
